How It Works

Refund Procedure

The refund process is straightforward. To submit a claim, send the following to support@certsclub.com:

• A scanned copy of your exam enrollment or registration confirmation
• A scanned copy of your official result or score report showing you did not pass
• Your order number from Certs Club
• Your name and the payment method used

Once we receive your claim, we will review and process your refund within 7 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has been issued.

Guarantee Conditions

To protect our genuine customers and maintain this guarantee for the long term, the following conditions apply. The guarantee covers situations where the material itself was the cause of your failure — not personal circumstances outside our control.

1. You must have actively prepared and spent at least 7 days studying our material.
2. You must have sat the exam; claims for exams not attempted are not eligible.
3. You must have purchased the product within the last 30 days of your refund claim.
4. The guarantee applies to proctored exams only. Non-proctored (online, unmonitored) exams are excluded.
5. The guarantee does not apply to bundles or multi-product packages.
6. Retired or withdrawn exams are excluded — if the exam was no longer active at the time you sat it, the guarantee does not apply.
7. The following vendor exams are excluded: Adobe, Salesforce, PMI, Google, Linux Foundation, Riverbed, SAP, and SSCP.
8. Certs Club reserves the right to make final decisions on claims that fall outside the above conditions.
